Do I have to change my practice name?

No. Your name, your brand, and your signage stay exactly as they are. Your patients chose you, and we keep it that way.

What happens to my staff?

Your team stays in place. We add operational support behind the scenes, we don't replace the people your patients already know.

Do I have to use specific vendors or labs?

We bring better pricing through network-wide relationships, but we work with you on what makes sense for your practice. We don't force vendor switches.

Do I need to stay on after the partnership?

We ask that selling doctors stay on for at least one to two years to help with the transition, but beyond that, we're flexible. Some doctors stay on long-term in a clinical role, others use that period to plan their next chapter. We build the structure around what works for you.

Do you work with both optometry and ophthalmology practices?

Yes. We partner with ODs and MDs, and practices in our network benefit from built-in referral pathways between primary eye care and specialty or surgical services.

How long does the transition take?

It depends on the practice, but we typically handle the operational transition without any disruption to your patient schedule. You keep seeing patients while we onboard behind the scenes.
