Sagewood Vision Partners was founded to offer a different path. We are a management services organization that partners with optometry and ophthalmology practices to take over the operational and administrative burden, while leaving clinical autonomy and local brand identity exactly where they belong: with the doctors.

Our team brings deep experience in eye care operations, healthcare technology, and revenue cycle management. We built IrisMed, an AI-powered billing and insurance platform serving dozens of optometry practices, and we've seen firsthand what works and what doesn't when technology meets clinical workflow.

We started Sagewood because we believe the best eye care happens when doctors can focus entirely on patients, backed by operational infrastructure that actually performs.
